Abstract
The process of continuous and rapid transformation at the beginning of the third millennium AD is one of the most important currents governing human life and one of its most prominent features. The process of "creativity", "work" and "entrepreneurship" which is considered as the basis and platform for the change and transformation of societies, plays a very valuable, fundamental and decisive role in economic development and its welfare. Culture as a set of "values", "beliefs", "thoughts", "manners" and "traditions" that governs a society can form the intellectual system of that society. Also, people exchange their "culture", "experiences", "ideas" and "opinions" with each other and draw their own way of life. Therefore, it can be said that "culture" is an evolving category that has been influenced by many social, economic, political, cultural and human power conditions governing the society and will also affect many other governing categories and issues in the society. One of the serious issues in the field of creativity and entrepreneurship is "work culture and entrepreneurship" which plays a fundamental role in the progress (development) or regression (lack of development) of a society.
